The following terms and conditions apply to any product purchased from JACAP Holdings Limited (hereafter referred to
as the company), unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. The company is to give the customer sufficient time to
acquaint with the following terms and conditions before signing. The customer is to take this opportunity to so acquaint
him/herself with the said before the conclusion of any purchases. The company further commits itself to explain any part
of the document that the customer deems it necessary to be further clarified or better understood

Glass Railings

JACAP Limited promises to honour the promised specifications and its responsibilities for glass railings if installed on a level and
solid base. JACAP Limited will not be held responsible for any liabilities or unforeseen occurrences arising from a solid and level
base required not being supplied by the client.

In glass, the possible presence of dots, bubbles, scratches, foreign bodies or dirt in general not visible from 5 feet away are not
considered a fault.

Measurements and Draftsmanship

On confirmed orders the company will, prior to installation, conduct, when requested or required, site inspections and produce the
necessary workshop drawings. During the site inspection, the draftsman is to take all the necessary measurements correctly, and
the customer is to be on site to confirm certain details against a signature.

Workshop drawings are shared with the customer upon the customer’s request or when it is deemed so necessary by the
company. Once shared, the said drawings are to be signed by both parties in confirmation and agreement thereof. Any changes
required once draftmanship works have commenced may result in an additional charge priced at a standard rate.

Finishings

The company is to conduct onsite surveys only upon the completion of all the necessary finishings conducted by the customer or
other third parties due to since such finishings may affect the ordered product. Customers are responsible for notifying the company
about any structural limitations or vulnerabilities that could interfere with product installation. This includes, but is not limited to,
providing details of concealed electrical or plumbing systems. The company assumes no liability for damage to such systems if prior
notice is not provided by the customer

The company is to carry out works and install the ordered product prior to the completion of such finishings only upon agreement
concluded in writing. The quoted price does not include the removal of existing structures.

The company does not recommend a brushed stainless-steel finish for marine or outside use, with the exception of house names
which are treated in house to withstand outdoor elements.

The company recommends regular maintenance of its products to ensure the product’s upkeep and factory finish. The company
recommends cleaning its products with a clean and damp cloth at least once a month.

Shipping

Where purchased products require offshore purchases, the company will not be held responsible for any shipping delays over which it
has no control.

Payments and Payment terms

Unless otherwise agreed upon , the company requires a 40% deposit upon confirmation with a final payment to be settled
immediately upon date of delivery, installation or collection from its premises.

Where the company could not complete any installation due to the occurrence of any impediments that may arise during such stage,
the pending balance is to be settled immediately in proportion to the works carried out.

In the event of a cancellation of an order by the customer, the company is to refund the customer accordingly, excluding any charges
the company may have already incurred during the period in which the order has been considered as confirmed. These charges
include any labour (both design and fabrication) priced at a standard rate per hour.

In the event of an unforeseen occurrence due to which the company cannot honour an order made by the customer, the company is
to refund the customer any deposit paid in relation to the said order

Quotations and Pricing

Unless stated otherwise, the company’s quote excludes any crane or lifter charges, permits, delivery, pre on site inspections, shipping,
ferry charges or installation.

Quotations are based on a total award of all specified works. If only a part of an issued quotation is awarded, the company may
require the quotation to be revised accordingly.

The company reserves the right to modify the quotation accordingly where measurements provided to the company at a quotation
stage vary from the actual measurements taken on site. The company is to notify the customer with these changes prior to the
execution of the works.
Unless the company advises otherwise, rates for railings are provided to the customer per meter at a quotation stage. A total price is
established upon site inspection and workshop drawings are carried out after a deposit has been made by the customer.

Safety

Any quote issued by the company excludes any allowance for guardrails, lighting or hoarding. These should be provided by the
customer or other parties at no charge to the company.

The company does not recommend railings with horizontal infills as these pose a danger for children due to their ‘ladder effect’.

Acknowledgment

By initiating a financial transaction with JACAP Limited, all parties acknowledge their understanding and agreement to the terms and conditions outlined therein.
